MotoGP Last Sunday, at Mugello, was round 4 of the 2010 MotoGP World Championship, with the Gran Premio D'Italia TIM, and a convincing victory for Repsol Honda's Dani Pedrosa, his first win of the 2010 season.
The 24year-old Spanish rider started from pole and never looked back, leading for the whole of the race, and set a consistently fast pace, including a new lap record, and seven laps during which he was faster than the previous circuit lap record...........more
Michelin Power Cup, the Mallory event Michelin's Commercial Director, 2 Wheel, UK and Nordic Countries, Ed Wilson took the Union flag to start one of the Michelin Power Cup Championship races, at a sparsely attended Mallory Park last weekend.
Although the Championship grid was full, spectators were noticeably absent, raising speculation about the "Recession" affect upon attendance at sporting events this year........more

Last weekend, at the Italian Grand Prix, Andrea Iannone (Fimmco Speed Up) won the Moto2 contest, to the delight of the home crowd, as the battle for positions two to six provided a riveting contest, when Simone Corsi (JiR Moto2) rode an incredible race, rising from 26th on the grid, to take third place, behind Sergio Gadea (Tenerife 40 Pons). ......more
