MotoGP It's here at last ! The AirAsia British Motorcycle Grand Prix, as MotoGP arrives in the UK this weekend, at a re-born Silverstone Circuit !
The Northamptonshire venue plans a full weekend's entertainment, with a "Super Saturday" before race-day, when all of the MotoGP riders will be making scheduled appearances, in the Arena Entertainment Zone during the evening......more
Electric power and Pirelli at the TT Pirelli shod electric bikes took a "clean" podium sweep at the Isle of Man last week, in the "TT Zero" clean emissions race.
The space-age MotoCzysz machine equipped with Pirelli Diablo Superbike slick race tyres swept to a dominant win over the testing 37 mile Mountain course, hitting an impressive 135mph on the Sulby Speed Trap, and finished the race at an average speed of 96.82 mph, in 23 minutes 22 seconds....more
Dunlop makes TT history In a first, for the Isle of Man TT during it's over 100 year history, one tyre manufacturer, Dunlop, took five out of five wins in a clean sweep across the board, and a total of ten podium finishes. more

Silverstone "General Admission" tickets sold out for MotoGP Following high levels of demand, Silverstone has announced that general admission "Fan" tickets for this Sunday's AirAsia British Grand Prix have now sold out.
Grandstand tickets (available from as little as £5.00 more than race day general admission tickets) were still on sale, when we last heard, for all three days. ......more
"The Doctor" Fiat Yamaha will not field a replacement rider at Silverstone, to fill the gap created by Valentino Rossi's absence, due to injuries sustained before the Mugello round. The World Champion continues his recovery from a broken leg, with no firm prospect, as yet, of a return to the Championship competition, before the close of the 2010 season.......more
